Hi guys,
Hi, I'm Eric Seah from Multimedia University, currently pursuing my Bachelor of Financial Engineering (Hons) and is doing a subject name Business Law. However, my scope does not just involve on business but on every rights and law of humans in Malaysia.
I'm currently writing a post for my assignment, which is a blog and for us to write our commentaries. Recently, I read about the news of Roslin Hashim divorcing and filing a lawsuit on his wife, which he claimed he couldn't get sexual satisfaction from her after 12 days, and got divorce. It is a sad case, I know, thus I'm writing it as my case study. Thus, I'm requesting your help, to get the best views from Women's Aid Organization, to enlighten us so that we can know better.
1) For the wife side, as she is not the one that claim the lawsuit, and the lawsuit is in Syariah court, can she be claiming any rights for his man to disown her without knowing her properly?
2) Although the scope is in Syariah law, can she make another lawsuit on civil court for defamation and inability to understand her?
3) A pursuit on him, in any rights, or sections of a woman to say that Roslin behaviour is inconsiderate and did not respect the woman and her sexual ability?
I'm hoping for an answer, as this assignment, which I believe is very helpful as for us to continue understand the rights of others and ours.
Regards,
Eric Seah
